PCR
PCR-based processes are particularly well suited for Array Tape™ because of the capacity for high throughput thermocycling. Our Soellex water bath allows you to simultaneously thermocycle three reels of sealed Array Tape (230,400 reaction wells) in one run using standard DNA denaturation temperatures (~95°C).
The Soellex thermal performance supports most common endpoint PCR chemistries including TaqMan™, InvaderPLUS™ and KASPar™.
