Comprehensive Plan is intended for labs where instrument availability is vital, especially during select high throughput cycles. All parts, labor, travel, updates, training, and preventive maintenance are included in the pricing of this plan. Consumable discounts are also included.

Premier Plan is geared for labs that desire predictable budgeting for all service incidents and related expenses. This plan covers all parts, labor, travel, updates, training, and preventive maintenance during the plan period.

Repair Plan is offered for those labs where service and maintenance budgets are limited. The Repair Plan will provide parts, service and labor on a time and materials basis.
